Balloons Over The Rainbow meets its passengers in the Jefferson County Library parking lot at Highway PP and Highway 30 (Gravois Road) in High Ridge. We park in the lot directly adjacent to Highway 30 and will return you to your vehicles here when the flight is completed. The actual address is It's 5680 State Rd PP, High Ridge, Mo 63049.
