and is locally owned and operated. The pilots involved in Balloons
Over The Rainbow each have perfect safety records, a
current flight review, and are commercially rated for your safety. Nothing
is more important to us than your safety and enjoyment during this
once in a lifetime experience. We will not compromise your
safety or the quality of service we deliver.

a few questions to ask, things to be aware of, and our answers to these

the business I am speaking with accredited by the Better Business
Bureau? Yes.
This means we agree to abide by the rules established by the Better
Business Bureau. This is truly an agreement we make concerning
how we will treat our customers. You are the single most
important part of our business, and we will do everything we can
to protect that relationship. Please feel free to click on
the BBB link on the left side of any page to see a current report
on our performance toward that goal.

Does
the company you are speaking with actually Own and Operate their
own Hot Air Balloons or do they just sell certificates for others
to honor? Yes, we own and operate
our own Hot Air Balloons. We also strongly recommend purchasing
from someone who owns and operates their own Hot Air Balloons,
and is familiar with the area in which they operate and isn't just
selling Certificates.
Conducting Hot Air Balloon Rides in St. Louis, Missouri can be
very different than flying in other parts of the country.

Do
they have any expiration dates, restrictions on days or times the
certificates may be used, or other restrictions? - We
have no expiration dates on our flight certificates, and no restrictions
on when a certificate can be used. If we are flying that
day, and space is available, you can schedule to fly with us. Once
scheduled, if we fly that day, you will be with us. We do
not over book our flights!

What
are their policies for rescheduling and weather events?
Especially in St. Louis, weather events happen, and rescheduling
is not uncommon, so how is that handled? - We
will gladly reschedule you when next available if we have to reschedule
due to weather. Anyone who tells you they never reschedule
rides in St. Louis, is either pulling a fast one or doesn't fly
much around here.

Do
they have a refund or exchange policy, and if so, what is that
policy? - Ours is simple, if you are changing
a passenger, please let us know the new name and passenger weight. All
of our certificates are fully refundable up to your first scheduled
flight date.
